  Kim is great! We went in on Saturday before Easter and they were busy. We used online check-in, so we didn’t wait long. We got a new stylist (can’t remember her name) and the cut was not good. I call and spoke to Kim and she told me to come up and she would fix it-apologizing the entire time. She is the best! My sons hair looks much better! We Will be requesting her each time! Great customer service and always friendly!
