When I booked my appointment they asked me if i had been here before I said no, when I got there 10 mins before my appointment time, its 50 degrees outside I have two babies and they tell me they cant take me cause I came with my babies and NO ONE told me I couldn’t bring them when I booked my appointment, They turned me down after I had planned , put babies out in the cold etc This is so rude and Unprofessional! Wasted my time. Im not opposed to their policy, the issue was that NO ONE told me PRIOR and once I was there it was easier to kick me out than to offer any solution to accommodate me. I received a call once I was back home to tell me I can drop off my kids at a child care across the street. But while I was there, they didn’t cared at all about me, they simply said They couldn’t take me I had to leave making me feel discriminated.
